CHICAGO - Andi Herzog, an assistant to U.S. national team coach Jurgen Klinsmann, will coach the U.S. under-23 team as it tries to qualify for the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.Herzogs appointment was announced Friday by the U.S. Soccer Federation. Herzog has been part of Klinsmanns staff since December 2011.Herzog, 46, was a teammate of Klinsmann on the Bayern Munich team that won the 1996 UEFA Cup.
